About Me

I am a licensed clinical psychologist based in California. I provide therapy for adults, working with both individuals and couples. I also have extensive experience supporting veterans and active duty military, helping them navigate the unique emotional and psychological challenges that can arise during and after military service.

My approach to therapy is calm, collaborative, and deeply attuned. I believe that meaningful change begins with understanding—gaining insight into the patterns, experiences, and internal narratives that shape how you think, feel, and relate to others. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what you’re going through, and begin to create space for something different.

In our work, I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. I help clients not only develop tools to manage anxiety, depression, and stress in the moment, but also explore the deeper roots of their experiences so that change feels lasting—not temporary.

I place a strong emphasis on creating a space that feels safe, grounded, and free of judgment. Therapy with me is not about rushing to fix things, but about building clarity, emotional resilience, and a more connected relationship with yourself.
